Neptune Isle Apartments

View was great.

Cutlery all miss match, old and poor quality. Plastic (scrubbed up and scratched) wine glasses. 1 glass drinking glass. All the plates and bowls miss matched and different sizes. No curtains in living room so all the other apartments can look in. Fowl smell in bathroom. Extractor fans in bathrooms were very dusty and dirty. Oven grid was greasy and not cleaned. Someone came in on Thursday to clean apartment without arranging anything with us before hand and without our permission. Seating in livingroom is definitely not addiquit for 4 people.

I liked the view, the area/place is quiet Our security was patrolling every 2min including the beach side

The windy weather

The scenery was great. Loved the pool area and access to the beach

The apartments was cleaned only once, main bedroom toilet wasn't flushing, the bathrooms smell like sewerage, no iron available after I requested a million times. Bathroom sink was dirty and found the dishes undried in the sink after the cleaning lady came, didn't even clean the stove

I like the beach view the quietness and cleanliness of the place

The peace

There were plastic drinking glasses that were spoilt, the apartment had a stench like it was coming from sewerage. It was peaceful but not what I hoped for. Great for only 2 days max but I was ready to go home.

The attitude of the people managing property, poor responses, had to wait till after check inn time for check in details, and still waiting for my my breakage deposit with no reply from property
