Not being able to see the host, apartment does not have a check list.

The property was not cleaned but the host arranged for clean towels and bedding.

The location of the property is great

Communication from the host was appalling. WiFi was not working, although it is part of the offering. We raised it as an issue to resolve - we heard nothing back and ended up topping up our own data (extra expense). The extraction system is not working properly - there was a stench from both bathrooms every day. I had done my booking in May, and only noticed June/July reviews of the same nature while we were half way to CPT. Tells me that the host/owner is not paying attention to these comments. The window in the room that faces the ocean, was letting water in (probably how the wind was blowing the rain), but still something that needs attention, as the paint on the inside is bubbling and clearly holding water (past or present). If you are looking for a budget holiday stay, and are willing to overlook the reviews and feedback - then this place is for you. Certainly not worth the price it is advertised at - even with the discounts.

It was a lovely apartment beautiful view.

The chexkin and getting the key was a nightmare

The location and views was excellent.

1. The flat was smelly from the internal sewer system. 2. The extractor fan in the family bath was very, very noisy. 3. No blankets. 4. Only 1 pillow each. 5. No curtain in lounge.

The kitchen was nice

Check in process was long, waited for over an hour outside for the owner to confirm with security to let us in. The securities are her rude The TV was turning off after every 5 minutes. The was only 1 blanket provided in the cold weather and no heater. They dont respond messages and you struggle to get hold of owners. The place is not as advertised
