Self catering unit, spacious, clean and excellent view

A dire lack of utensils and crockery, old thin bathroom towels, crockery was put in cupboard, unwashed. Musty/fishy smell emanating from 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom had no electric plugs,

No breakfast

No one changes the sheets on weekends

Stove was nice to work.

I think, the Double bed is not enough large which was looking like queen size bed.

No breakfast was included. The location is perfect.

The house had a bad smell and it was not clean. There was not enough cutlery. The elevator was not riding smooth. Security was not friendly, he made us park vehicle across the street and made us wait outside on a rain while confirming our arrival. The beds were not comfortable and the shower was not clean. Bedroom ensuit basin tap was not working.

Location and facilities were superb

There was no WiFi as advertised

Decor was nice

The Wi-Fi router was missing and the hosts did nothing to fix this problem despite it being an amenity listed on the site and something we paid for. There were no trash cans throughout the whole place just a black trash bag left on the counter. This was extremely inconvenient to have to walk all the way to the kitchen every time we needed to throw something away. The dishes and extras like coffee and sugar were sparse. The cutlery was dirty and strewn throughout the drawers work no organization. There was a strong sewage smell coming from both bathrooms. The hosts offered no apologies and no financial compensation despite us only staying one of the three days we booked. We left and stayed elsewhere.

The unit was good and neat.

The unit was supposed to be cleaned after four days but this did not happened. I had to phone the agent to come and clean and they did not come, only came the second time i phoned. Unit was supposed to be cleaned twice in the eleven days but this did not happened. Not sufficient electricity was loaded on the meter.
