Lovely staff. So friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and comfy. Good central location. Perfect for a nice stay in York.

The 55 steps up are not nice after a 15-km sightseeing trek around town, but not much anyone can do about it.

El trato de Mo y sus compañeros. Excelente, muy simpáticos y cercanos. El Hotel para el precio que tiene es aceptable

Me ubicaron en el último piso, y hacia muchísimo calor.... Apenas pude dormir, y la TV se apagaba y encendida cuando quería... Una pena por el genial trato de los trabajadores.

Mo, is an exceptional host, nothing is too much trouble, even on his day off.

The only tiny thing to say, is the bed was abit too hard compared to what we have at home.

Mo the owner is very friendly had a lovely warm welcome gave us info on where to go with a map of the city guest house was beautiful ,clean with a very relaxed atmosphere room was stunning ,bed very comfy tea,coffee and coffee machine in rooms and also a fan for hot weather ,we will stay here again best place we have stayed in Thankyou mo

La chambre n’est pas trop loin de la gare et du centre-ville

L’accueil a été froid et expéditif. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, donnant sur une rue très passante. Nous avons été obligés de dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille. Une forte odeur d’égouts sortait de la salle de bain. Le lit était inconfortable (ça faisait un peu trampoline). La chambre mériterait quelques travaux. Au global, le rapport qualité-prix était mauvais.

Location is great, everything is within walking distance. The facility was very clean. The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. When we come again to York, we will stay again at The Crescent Guest House!

Clean room with comfortable bed.traffic was a little noisy but ear plugs were supplied. Good location with short walk into centre. Mo was very friendly and helpful advising us on places to see. Will definitely return.
