Great location - walk into town but quiet residential area. Basic but spotless - great value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing not to like. Great value guest house.

Mo the host was absolutely wonderful nothing was too much trouble for him . He made us and our dog totally at home and its safe to say we arrived as guests and left as friends . We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in york now . The location was excellent with a short walk to the shambles and centre of town . Mo organised permits for parking and the car hardly moved during our visit .
