"Lovely homelike stay in York"

I usually stay in hotels but this guesthouse looked so charming and so I stayed for one night. Mo is a great host and he welcomes you into his home, even offering dinner and anything you need. It is a pretty streer and has a kitchen for guests and an outdoor area. It makes such a difference to find a place with such character and it is very close to walk into city. I liked my room with large sunny windows, and the decor and felt very at home, There was even Nespresso machine in the room.

"Brilliant stay, the manager mo was fantastic and couldnt do enough for you, will definately stay there again."

Great location, easy parking, hotel was clean and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee if needed and a bakery next door to grab some breakfast.

Tv was a bit unpredictable with the streaming, could do with a wifi booster.

"Style, Clean, Friendly, Comfortable, Location, everything you need wherever you are."

Everything you have come to expect from a british guest house was available to the best order. The owner looked after us superbly with every extra we required.The owners even took responsability for the road ( not traffic ) noise by suppling ear plugs. What more could you ask. When required, we will stay here again.
