Loved the location!!!

We had a lot of bags and no lift.

Stunning location, easy to find, peaceful, good nights sleep

Not so much a dislike just an improvement, needs more a better quality towels. Need chopping board in kitchen and dustpan and brush that can use when standing.

Lovely little cottage, with beautiful outdoor bay view. Comfy beds, fireplace and tasteful interior design.

The views were amazing and the house was clean and comfortable! Lovely calm beach, just a couple minute walk down the road was beautiful. The washer and dryer was the best thing, so we could wash our clothes halfway through the trip! It was better than I expected and easy to find with the Eircode that was given by the owner.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but it is to be expected in a small little town. The wifi was also intermittent, but it was actually kind of nice to be able to disconnect.

The location was beautiful and cottage was spotless. Access to a washer and dryer was great.

There was no hair dryer, no bath or hand soap and only instant coffee (a simple coffee press would have been great). These few things would have made the difference for us to make it a ‘great!!’ stay.

Beach was only a stone throw away and had it all to ourselves 👍🏼

The weather

The location is stunning and very convenient to explore donegal. There is a large deck to enjoy the view. It is a short walk to the beach. It's very quiet and peaceful. The owners were on hand to help with any issues we had and immediately responsive.

The cottage was cold and took a while to warm up over our stay. The owners did provide extra heaters which helped some. It would be good if they were they were there from the start. The WiFi is patchy.

The cottage is located in a beautiful spot, it has everything you might need. It’s easy accessible by car, close to many tourist sites. Pets are allowed so we were happy to come with our pup.

We tried to make some fire in the fireplace, but the wood was very wet, we had to buy some dry wood in the town. We were off season and the house was very cold. Even we switched on the heating in evening, we had to sleep in warm clothes, use an electric heater and get up during the night to switch on the heating. The WiFi connection and mobile network is very poor so be prepared to be off for some time.

The cottage was good to find, very faraway from civilization wnd a direct view to the sea. It was very comfortable and cozy, lovingly furnished and equipped. The kitchen offered an oven, stove, fridge and freezer, microwave and toaster, even a washing machine and dryer. There are 2 sleeping rooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds. We also used the fireplace to bring a bit more warmth to the place. For our stay it was really rainy - but with sunny weather you also have the option to use the terrace outside behind the the cottage with view to the sea

very poor WIFI, also there seemed to be a problem with the TV - we had no sound and the batteries of the remote seemed to be dead. The heating system worked quiet slowly and with a timer which meant you have to turn on the heating system again after 4 hours - it took a long time to heat up the cold cottage as there are only stone walls. the blanket of the double room was also a bit small and tight for 2 tall persons

Great location and the scenery was beautiful! The host had a fire lighting in our arrival which was lovely well appreciated!

The cottage did get very cold despite the heating being on and the fire. The WiFi didn’t work and there was no signal but it was also nice to be switched off in such a beautiful place
