The only thing that I would add would be a barbecue. Otherwise all great!

Very nice spacious and clean villa, close to numerous family friendly beaches. 15 minute bus to Chania, with bus stop at the bottom of the road. Would definitely recommend.

The house was wonderful to stay in. We loved the design of the house, with thoughtful attention to detail including the little 'rock garden' off the main floor bedroom, big windows and doors to let the sunshine in. The master bedroom was nice and large with our own private en suite. And the balcony was a nice place to enjoy a coffee or wine. The pool was fantastic, with comfortable lounge chairs to sunbathe in or use of the umbrella to enjoy some shade. And the beds were also very comfortable. We were traveling with a little one, and the ability to have our own pool and outdoor area to use and enjoy whilst our child had a daily nap was wonderful. We didn't feel constrained to a hotel room, and we could continue to enjoy our holiday. And the hosts provided a crib and clean sheets - thank you! The host(s) were great. They greeted us in person upon arrival, showed us the home, and if we had any issues (we weren't able to navigate the AC for example), we received immediate support. They even left some treats for us including fresh strawberries. And finally the location was close to a nearby beach with great restaurants, and easy to walk to other hotels to grab takeaway, or cafes for coffee. Close to groceries too!

One learning for us personally was to be mindful of the neighbourhood. It was safe by all means, but it was a very condensed neighbour (residential), and you were truly side to side and across from many houses. So if you are looking for total peace and quiet, this is not the right location. There was construction happening across the street, and you could also hear the neighbours next door, both during the day with their music, and at night as they walked around their house. Just something to be mindful. I'd also caution that if you have small children, the stairs are a more modern contemporary design with gaps between each step. So you must always keep an eye out for safety purposes, as a small child could fall through the stairs (or close to it)

The villa was modern and beautiful, with a great location. Upon arrival, the host gave us a very detailed overview of local restaurants and attractions, and also helped us to plan our visits. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it!

The Villa exceeded our expectations, I would say it's 5 star hotel standards. Immaculately presented and kitted out with everything you need for a great stay. The beds and pillows where very comfy and the air con worked great all throughout the property. The villa is a short walk to resturants, supermarkets and 3 different beaches. Chania old town is only 10 minutes in a taxi or you can get the bus from the top of the road for only 1 euro 40. Highly recommended and the staff where great to deal with.

Pretty perfect holiday property for a party of six. The design and layout is ideal for outdoor living, plus three bathrooms! Resturants, supermarkets and a choice of four beaches are all within easy walking distance. Plus Chania is just a 30 minute bus ride away. Lastly, the hosts, the brothers George & Petros were more than helpful.

Nothing much. Unfortunately there was a bit of construction work going on nearby which on the last couple of days, shattered the otherwise quiet location. Plus, it may have been a slightly different experience if we had had noisy neighbours.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Chania, Crete. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops all nearby. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the area, and we loved how central it was. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with modern amenities and a lovely outdoor space with a swimming pool to enjoy the weather. Petros & George were also extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. If you're looking for a perfect base in Chania, this villa is ideal for a peaceful yet central getaway. Highly recommended!
