Cretan Queen Residences

I really loved everything about the property! It was very clean and luxury, the pool was amazing, it even had a jacuzzi, and at night it's a whole other vibe! The location was really good, in the middle between the old town of Chania and Agia Marina where all the cool beach clubs were. Petros, the owner, was really nice and welcoming, he even told us where all the best spots were at and whenever in need we could've message him. Nothing to complain about!

Great communication with owners before to agree on check-in and friendly welcome who shared information about the local area and other places to visit. Villa was within 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets but still in a largely quiet area away from the main road. Great size pool that the kids enjoyed!

There is a villa being built opposite which on three days was being worked on from 7:45 in the morning through to mid afternoon (understand this is a temporary issue whilst it is built). Some very minor things in the villa that could have been better; only one hairdryer to be shared across the villa (an extra one in the second bedroom would be good); maybe its better now to have a coffee pod machine rather than a filter coffee machine; there was no bottle opener in the utensils so we went and bought one. Have to stress thugh that nothing mentioned changes how much we liked the villa and location!

The villa was absolutely stunning with a modern and elegant design. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, the spacious rooms provided plenty of room to relax, and the pool was simply Amazing. George and Peter were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and fell in love with the place. We will definitely visit again. 💕

We loved the location of the villa. Beach and restaurants on our doorstep. The villa was exceptional - the added services like cleaning , toiletries and welcome fruit and water was an added bonus.

Hmm, where to start? :) We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The property is new, spacious, clean and has everything you need. Walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants and the beach. Also a big thanks to Petros, he was very welcoming and supportive no matter what we asked.

High quality and beautiful apartment with 3 floors, Petros (host) was super friendly and nice. Own pool was perfect.

Awesome place to stay! Villa was modern, clean and spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Nothing additional was needed. Fruit, water and juice were in the fridge. Pool was great and outdoor area had plenty of seating. Walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants and the beach. Only 10 minutes to Old town by taxi. Host was very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Definitely recommend!

Property is new, clean, super modern and large!! Great location, clean and the salt water pool is awesome! Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Petros is super nice and helpful and makes the whole booking process smooth. He gave us a great summary when we got there to help acclimate us to everything that we should see and the best way to get around. The pictures are really what the place looks like! We will definitely be back the next time we come to Crete!! Thank you so much Petros!

The hosts are very friendly and are always there to help you with any questions you have. The house met our expectations, and we had a fun time staying there as there was a pool and an outdoor area for us to relax. Further, the house had all the appliances needed. Around the house area, there are a bunch of mini markets, coffee shops, and some good restaurants.
