Cretan Queen Residences

Where to start with thus property! George and Petros were the most accommodating hosts we've ever had. They were more than happy to welcome us and make us feel right at home throughout the holiday. The property is 10/10, spotlessly clean throughout, in an excellent location near several beaches, the city and the mountains. If we asked, the owners were happy to tell us where to go and reccomended a local Chania market for the best food. We loved every minute!

Apartment is very clean and classy with nice pool area! Owners are cool and willing to help and recommend with local services. Very nice beaches close to accomodation.

One bedroom had kind of sofabed could have been same as the other bedrooms, we did not mind it.

Brand new build, great location, responsive host.

Close to dining, and the beach, easy parking.

New and very stylish and spacious apartment. Private pool and many different sitting areas outside. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Great location near four beaches. The host was friendly and helpful.

It was perfect, exactly like in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and welcoming, told us about how we can get to the city by bus, pointed out all the things we can do around, a lot of good taverns and restaurants, and don't forget the best beaches. Also gave us a map with all these attractions, which made it a lot easier.

Petros and wife Sofia were great at communicating while booking, before we arrived and Sofia greeted us at the Villa. We were shown around and provided advice on local shops, stores, beaches, restaurants and transport to nearby Chania. The Villa is brand new and everything was extremely well thought out from kitchen to bedrooms and benefits from a bathroom on each floor. The air con (needed) was simple to use and worked a dream! Pool size was a surprise as we felt it was larger than it looked in photos. Smart TV in lounge (aka netflix for children). Couldn't think of anything the Villa didn't have apart from a BBQ. Petros and Sofia own a local hotel so know how to deliver great customer service which they bring to the Villa, like regular pool cleaning, Villa clean, fresh bedding and towel changes plus ample bathroom accessories (soap, shampoo, shower gel, moisturiser, loo rolls etc..). The location is fabulous with many local restaurants and a choice of 3 sandy beaches all with a 5-10min stroll. We used the bus frequently into Chania for nights out, meals and some culture - overall a fabulous Villa in a great location!!

It is very well located, near restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The pictures are extremely accurate, all the rooms and the pool were spotless and were beautiful. The host was welcoming and very helpful and thoughtful bringing us water and even some fruits. Amazing experience would highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy their vacation in Crete!!!

The place is amazing. Stylish and modern villa with a good size pool and outdoor area. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. Everything new and spotless. Our expectations were exceeded, it was even better than in the pictures. We had a nice welcome with the hosts waiting us when we arrived and showed us around. There were some water and fruits in the fridge which were so nice after the long travel. Beds were comfy. Linen, towels and beach towels provided and changed once during our 1 week stay. Air conditioning was working perfectly and kept the villa nice and cool even it was +30 or more outdoors. Great places to relax outdoors, sunbeds and shade in the terrace and table with sofa and chairs. Pool was great and refreshing. Nice balcony upstairs. The lights in the evening made the villa look amazing, enjoyed sitting outdoors in the evenings after a nice dinner. The area is nice, not too crowded but still good variety of great tavernas, cafes and shops nearby. Two minimarkets with fresh bread each morning within couple of minutes walk. Bigger stores, Synka and Lidl near. Several good sandy beaches in the area. Short drive to Chania old town, taxi was only 12€, also bus stops close. Parking space available on the streets near the villa.
