"Clean bedroom and bathroom is worth the money."

The wash room was clean and spacious.

The phone advisor's / security attendant attitude when I informed him I was lost and needed assistance to get to my actual hotel location. He contributed in making me unnecessarily tired and upset reaching the hotel.

Couldn’t get into the accommodation. No one answered the phone so had to book another hotel. Still waiting for money back.

"As a young couple going to a music event, it was fine for what we needed thankfully, however it’s not somewhere we would"

Bed was comfy. Adequate space for what we needed. One side of the bed was against the wall but that’s not an issue for us. All in all it was pretty clean.

No staff on site. We were sent the wrong codes to get into the door. Had to figure it out ourselves. At 3am, someone else was clearly having issues with the codes to their room as they were trying for over an hour. No windows into the room so no natural light or ventilation. Rooms smelt funny due to this. Towels were small. Walls were thin between rooms.
