"A firm who will cancel you last min to sell the room for more if there is events on"

Arrived at the property on the day and was told i had been cancelled on. Checked my email. They sent an email at 2pm saying i needed to transfer £200 to an account. Didnt even see the email as was travelling. Rang up, guy i dealt with was arrogant and rude! Accused me of being threatening!! Absolutely laughable, i literally questioned how it is possible to cancel me on such short notice after we travelled 6 hours!! Stay well away

SCAM after paying in full for 4 people they cancelled the booking due to us not paying a £200 deposit for room each!! While we was there another 3 family’s turned up and they had done the same to them!
