Untidy Ants everywhere Towels had to use for whole 3 nights Room never cleaned

Would highly recommend , place is in great location , easy to find . Clean and beds are super comfortable. Self checkin was really easy . Was given full instructions we did lock the PIN code but called up they were amazing and happy to help . Fixed new code within seconds so we were not waiting . Thank you guys for such a pleasant stay .

Nothing to not like

Absolutely disgusting service, paid for hotel months in advance, traveled from Liverpool with my 13 yr old daughter for a concert got there, was made to stand in rain for 20 mins ringing and ringing being promised a code was being sent then after 20 mins of 20 phone calls was told I had no booking!!!!! Still no refund! Had to book another hotel for £250 as it was busy area due to Beyoncé concert! Two Ubers later!!! Do not stay here

Instructions were sent to get in and the room had a double bed single and fridge. The bathroom was also nice and all very clean

The shower facilities did not work the temp is stuck on boiling and therefore there is no shower facilities in room 613. There also was no 3rd cup or glass in the room even though it was booked for 3

We were pleased the accommodation was walking distant from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

We discovered multiple bed bugs in our bed during our stay, which caused significant inconvenience upon returning home. We were required to take extensive precautions to prevent bringing bed bugs into our apartment. A holiday is meant to be a time of rest and relaxation; however, this experience has instead resulted in considerable stress and additional work, including thoroughly washing all our clothing and freezing unwashable items for a week. When we reported the presence of bed bugs to the hotel upon checkout, the response we received was simply, “Thanks for letting us know.” This response gave the impression that the issue was already known and, unfortunately, not being addressed with the seriousness it warrants. Also, we had to pay 25£ to get our room 1.30 pm instead of 3 pm. There was no possibility to leave our luggage before checking in.

Property was disgusting. I called and was approved for early check-in as I called the property ahead of time. When I got there, I was informed that I would have to pay for early check-in in cash. I was then harassed for payment and locked out of the facility after my first night’s stay and was unable to be granted access until I paid in cash. Highly disappointed and will be taking things further because that is extortion.
