I have travelled all over the world and stayed in various hotels worldwide. This place is the worst of all. Please avoid this by all means.

We were in the basement so it was very cool during the heatwave. Had no issues with cleanliness or comfort.

Booked a family room, when we arrived it was just a double bed. I was staying with my 21 year old son. However contacted the host and they provided a single put up bed stating they have no family rooms so I feel this should be updated on booking.com Would also advise to provide larger towels.

Dont know where to even start with this one! Other then appalling!!! First off we got to 'hotel' thinking we could atleast drop our bags off 2 hours early. Called told no, fair i guess, he told me they dont have the insurance and no one at the property. Said to the owner okay well i have paid you extra money to check in at 1pm i have no codes etc to get in, was told they'll arrive via message just before 1pm. We leave and then make the journey back for just after 1pm. Called again, no codes or information on how we enter the property. Argued down by the owner that i haven't paid the additional £30. I had. 5 mins later of him not being able to see my payment he said oh yes other account ill send one of the girls to let you in. Stood around 30 degree heat a girl turned up some time later... 1:30pm by this time. No hello, apology - nothing. She lets us into our room and shuts the door, i asked her we need codes?! Gives me a code but doesn't work. So have to ring again, advised we need to press a padlock button afterwards. Our room was clean and modern. But 32 degrees and no window! Myself and my friend was so hot! Asked if we could either move rooms or have a fan. Manager responded with. Ill try. Got back to our room after concert, room was unbearable! Had no choice but to call again To be told the house keeping should have brought a fan, he'll get one but will be 30/40 mins. I would say stayed awake for them but we couldn't sleep anyhow due to the room temperature. Got to 2am no fan!!! Lied to me again. Rude as anything! When i called said "one thing at a time" condescending and arrogant. Another 2 girls entered their booked room to find it was filthy take away all in the bed! So poorly ran and badly managed! Left super early as we couldn't wait to get outside to get some air!! Wouldn't recommend. No one on site, id love to see who signed this property off with safety regulations.

There were many issues. First, they charged £15 per hour to store your bag until check-in time. Secondly, when we got to the room, the smell was terrible, pure mould and dampness. We could see mould growing on the walls, likely for a long time. It was clearly not a healthy environment for anyone to sleep in. There were also cobwebs everywhere, adding to the overall feeling of neglect and uncleanliness. We found fingernails on the floor and hairs on the bed linen. I was sharing the room with a friend, and the bathroom door didn’t close properly—neither did the shower door. There was also a TV, but no remote control. To make things worse, there were no windows, so we felt completely suffocated. I had booked a room with one double bed and one single bed two months in advance, and I even left a note specifying that the reservation was for me and my friend. However, when we arrived, the room only had one double bed. I contacted the staff to clarify, but they were very rude and dismissive. They claimed that this type of room didn’t exist, and that although I had sent a message, it was never confirmed. While it’s true they didn’t confirm, they also never informed me that the room would only have a double bed. This lack of communication and professionalism was completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was an adjoining door to the next room, through which we could hear everything the other guests were doing. There was absolutely no privacy. Not sure about the other rooms, but this was a completely bad experience, and we do not recommend it to anyone.

It was clean and tidy and in the right location to Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

The property itself was fine. Just the staff were a bit rude and unfriendly. We booked an early check in and they were extremely fussy about only allowing us in at exactly the correct time. We arrived early and had to wait outside. Good job the weather was nice. Then the next morning, check out was at 10.30 and the staff member knocked on our door just after 10.05 to tell us to check out. She didn’t speak English but I let her know that we’d be checking out at 10.30

It was clean and the location was ideal

It’s was difficult to get a good night sleep when all I was hearing was the loud conversations of people in another room. Stayed at the new location.
