The pin was the same from the front enterance as the same as my room. I have had a man that has provided my pin in my room and got access inside which was a very uncomfortable and a scary experience i couldn’t sleep anymore as i was scared. Minutes later another man was knocking on my door telling me to open the door

No staff on reception to deal with problem. Booked a twin room for 2 male workers. No bed linen for bed settee. Phoned number told they want £40 for a quilt! Had to book another hotel

We travelled for over an hour from Greenwich to the property only to find out once we got there, that they had cancelled my booking without telling me, because I hadn’t paid £200 deposit upfront during the day. In the email communication in the morning of the booking, it only stated “please pay £200 to avoid any delays during check-in” - not that it was in any risk of being cancelled. We were stranded in London at 6.30pm without an accommodation, and had to pay extremely high costs to find another hotel last minute.

It was clean

When we arrived to check in the guy made us wait outside which I didn’t find very professional. The room was so tiny bed pushed up against wall we could hardly fit in nothing like the rooms on the photos
