It’s secluded but not too far from town either. It’s serene with the loud gashing of the river,

I booked a suite with river view but there is no river view throughout the property. That was a disappointment

This place was magical. The food was amazing and healthy. I loved their coconut bowl for breakfast. The staff is so friendly. Our view was exceptional and the room was spacious and lovely. Because you are in the middle of the jungle there are a lot of creatures frogs haha. But the staff came to the room immediately to take any creatures out of your room. It was a lovely place. Would go there again.

Omgggg the breakfast was incredible and the service was 5 star! Also the view from the restaurant/pool was spectacular! I loved my stay there! I did a massage in my room and a flower bath and the room was like my own sanctuary! I was very happy with everything! Like the eco friendly options they had too!

SOLANA, LOVED THE WAY THE HOTEL IS MADE. The hotel has a great feel to it, very calm, peaceful, clean and looks just beautiful. The rooms are huge, very tastefully done. all eco-friendly touches to it. Bathrooms are huge and well made too. You will feel close to nature in this hotel. The plantations and the views all are too pleasing to the eye. One would want to spend more time at the hotel for sure! The staff is very helpful and polite as well. The breakfast was well made. The restaurant area is facing the pool and the valley which is quite serene and great place to have a peaceful meal or relax or read a book or workout.

The location is a bit far and secluded. The road leading to the hotel is too narrow, it was difficult to get in via a car. Our taxi driver could not see or judge it at all at night and the tyre went into the open gutter. There is only a small signage of solana at the beginning of the lane & then there is nothing to guide. The hotel is at the end of the lane and u enter the parking area directly.There is no mention of the hotel name there either and there is no reception or anyone to help or guide. I had to actually go down all the way to their swimming pool/ restaurant area to look for the staff to help us. The hotel has a lot of plantation and hence lots of insects and bugs and mosquitoes. they provide bug sprays, but NO matter how much bug spray you use, it wont help. Thats the price u pay to enjoy the nature.

The place is so beautiful and relaxing! We spent our honeymoon there. We just wanted to stay at the hotel. The staff is great. We had the best time over there

The breakfast and vegetarian food were delicious. My villa had a lovely garden to sit in surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, amid a jungle setting, with the sounds of nature and the rushing river down below the retreat. There was a bath in the garden with a shower head. I had an outdoor bathroom, and it was beautiful and there were small frogs and lizards, grasshoppers and crickets around me, that made me feel very connected to nature. It was so relaxing! The staff were so friendly and amazing and did everything to help me to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. They serviced the rooms well and assisted me to modify things for my injuries and helped me walk up the steps every day to eat at the retreat. The driver named Chaplin, was fantastic. He took me to everywhere I wanted to go at very reasonable rates. He drove safely and responsibly and was very professional and polite. He assisted me to walk as I have injuries. The Yoga teacher Ayu did private Yin yoga with me and taught me the theory and the practice. She assisted me to get into the poses as I have injuries and disabilities, but she made me feel so comfortable. The feeling of doing the yoga was so beautiful. She is an excellent teacher.
