La suciedad, lo malo que son las instalaciones. Nos intentaron timar con la habitación, no funcionaba la ducha. Estaba sucia la moqueta y las ventanas Dejan entrar gente de fuera a la piscina y solo entra gente que arma follón. En general muy sucio y algo turbio

La piscina è aperta quasi tutti i giorni agli esterni, quindi spesso é frequentata da gruppi , abbastanza numerosi, di bambini e ragazzi dei centri estivi. In queste giornate la piscina è quasi inutilizzabile, anche perché molto sporca. Solo poche persone del personale parlano inglese
FRI stayed here for one night and had a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I really appreciated the quiet environment and smooth check-in process. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area!

- Air conditioning not properly working in the room; - eletric panel in the wardrop not with its proper cover; - asked for stamps at the reception, the lady proposed to go to buy them for us, so we gave her 11 dollars. She came back with no stamps and giving us back only 6 dollars claiming that was the taxi price. After checking on Yandex how much the taxi was (1 dollar) she continued pretending that she spent 5 dollars. Eventually we got 10 dollars back. What a scam, UNACCEPTABLE; - we found an alarm clock of american tourists in our room which was not removed by the cleaning staff before our arrival; and - general cleaning condition of the room: low standard.

Kamer: verduisteringsgordijn veel te smal ( in alle kamers) + dekbedovertrek veel te klein, veel smaller dan het bed + de muziek aan het zwembad: veel te luid. Ook vijftigers logeren in het hotel. Het binnenzwembad is heel vies: vuiligheid in het water. Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waard.
