CHLa seule chose positive de l hotel c'etait le confort des lits et la taille de la chambre.
Grosse déception. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ses 4* et la piscine extérieure qui s'est avérée être ouverte aux personnes externes à certaines heures certains jours, avec des horaires réservés aux femmes uniquement (aucune information préalable n'avait été communiquée).Musique bien trop forte et personnel amateur, pas à l'écoute quand on demandait de baisser le son (plusieurs hôtes de l'hôtel s'en plaignant). Sol autour de la piscine ultra glissant, faux gazon souvent sale, mobilier en plastique, serviettes de piscine jaunies et parfois tâchées, pareil pour les serviettes de la chambre. Petit déjeuner basique. Hôtel bruyant qui n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles et le prix est excessif pour cet établissement. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

A bit quirky. Our room floor was bumpy under the new carpet. Shower was not strong enough for a good hair wash. Bits weren’t promptly repaired such as broken top step into the pool. The pool is available for the use of locals (virtually all men and boys). No harm in it and all good humoured. However, a pool full of boisterous young men and boys, especially when they are themselves accustomed to more segregated spaces, did create an atmosphere that was a bit intimidating for our teenaged daughters (and even us). This meant we only used the pool once.

Was charged extra as the person at reception mentioned it was due to city tax. However when I looked at my booking, the price was including all tax. The person also stated, I will be checked at the airport if I had paid this amount. Absolute lie and overcharged me despite booking.com showing the price

Bardzo ciepło w pokoju. Nie działającą klimatyzacja. Obsługa w recepcji kłamie nt awarii klimatyzacji. Po interwencji delikatna poprawa temperatury. Baseny dostępne dla ludzi spoza hotelu. W pokoju wykładzina nie odkurzana (cukier i włosy na wykładzinie).
