The only thing was the location

Lighting in the stair well was very bad and dangerous

Very quick and easy check-in. Lovely location with a nice view on both apartment sides and only a few minutes to the center and Royal Mile. Big apartment with enough space in the living room and comfortable beds. Quite calm area.

No provided luggage storage and no elevator - apartment is on the third floor. Unfortunately also no space for our coats and towels to hang, or our shoes to place. The carpet floor and windows weren't the cleanest.

Close to a bus stops and food. The owner was very helpful with recommendations.

Across the street from a school which is kinda noisy. The stairs were very difficult to navigate with luggage.

I was in Edinburgh 8 years ago, and rented an apartment in the Georgian New Town. It was a fabulous place for considerably less than this place. Frankly, compared to the other places we stayed at during this trip, it was disappointing. I guess I’d rather walk from New Town, and enjoy classier accommodations.

We left before it was light, and the lights must be on a timer. We had quite a number of stairs to climb in the dark, which was potentially dangerous.

Location could not be better for exploring Edinburgh!

Unit could be a little cleaner. The king bed split down the middle while we were sleeping.

In need of a total re-furb and very very dusty. Even had to ask for the internal windows to be cleaned because they were very grimy. 🤮. Had to wash some of the plates and cutlery before we could use them because of food on them.

Exceptional location Clean linens

No bath products, limited kitchen utensils, no milk(not even long life). The place was a bit musty and tired looking, cupboards didn’t close properly, lino torn, sticky lock on balcony door.
