Easy to locate and friendly staffs

I was not allowed to eat in my room and the restaurant and pool area was full of outside guests

I like the pool, proximity to airport and the restaurant.

The front desk manager had a horrible attitude, but there was a young man (with glasses) that stepped in and rectified the situation. He assisted with getting a taxi driver (Omar) to run some errands before my trip. Observation: The level of service given to the white guests is vastly different than what was given to me (black solo female traveler). It shouldn’t matter, but apparently it does. No pillow cases, old blanket, 1 sheet for the bed. The young man at the desk said that there was some confusion with short staffing due to first rain of the season. No worries. I got a clean blanket, pillow cases and a sheet from the Night Front Desk Clerk (female). It was all good. Construction outside window (not pool view) with thin sheer curtains. Noisy until late after noon and music at night until late.

the door was not opening and when we opened the door we left it open and told them to change our room but they locked it with our stuff inside. and we didn’t even get our money back.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable (small) room with aircon. Nice quiet surroundings, good meal (fish & rice). Nice breakfast.

The transfer from the airport was welcome, but needed jump-starting by airport hustlers! But all was well in the end.
