Close to the airport

- Cockroaches in room - Room is moldy - "Free airport transfer" had 4 different people ask me for tips as soon as I landed and then had to wait an hour for one of their friends to arrive before driving 6 minutes to the hotel

Perfect location and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, I enjoyed my stay!

The locks on the doors are difficult to operate and the wifi is weak.

I like the location of the hotel

The promised shuttle was not there despite 5 emails exchanged with the hotel reception The replacement taxi charged €15 to travel 3 km The guard broke one of my suitcases while unloading it from the taxi The cramped room had no window to the outside. There were cockroaches all over the bed The restaurant staff had no training

The location was excellent, as I needed to get to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and assisted with my transfer. The hotel takes credit cards, which was a big help to me.

The hotel is lit with many different color lights, making it a bit hard to navigate in the dark. The power cut off 2x during my 6-hour stay and it wasn't possible to get back onto the wifi without going back to reception and getting a coucher code, so I had no wifi from 2 hours after I checked in. The AC didn't really work at all, even though it was on. I couldn't charge my phone or laptop in the outlets, and I don't know why. My bedside light didn't work. The dinner in the restaurant was pretty horrible- very tough chicken and overcooked fries.

Meals were good and readily available in the restaurant. The room was comfortable enough for our needs. The manager was quick to replace a broken shelf in the bathroom. This hotel is close to our teaching venue and therefore quite convenient for us.

Better coordination between the realities of the hotel amenities and the listing on booking.com would have been helpful. The main thing the bathroom could benefit from is a shower curtain to keep water from splashing onto the toilet. A strong WiFi signal on the second floor of rooms would be a major improvement.
