Very comfortable and lovely decor.

Not a great fan of fake grass and plastic plants but understand it is difficult to maintain.

Loved this property, very comfortable for 3 people with everything we needed. Perfect location to explore the area and a great pub 1 minute walk away !!!

Perfect stay for us with friends for a couple of nights. Clean and tidy. Felt like a home from home.

The property was very clean, utensils and kitchen equipment was of a high standard.

Parking was a bit difficult, needs some bins in the bathrooms for females.

The property is exactly as seen in the photos. It was clean and with lots of nice little touches to make the stay more comfortable such as coffee, tea, sugar, washing machine tablets, dishwasher tablets, towels, and an information folder about the home and surroundings. Location was ideal for visits to Barnstaple, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe. A great carvery pub on the corner of the road. The back garden is a nice aspect of the property, although we didn't use it as the weather wasn't warm enough.

The main bedroom bed wasn't that comfortable. No wardrobes (but they did provide hanging rails). No net curtains up at the windows. These are things that personally we didn't like but didn't cause us any major problems with the stay overall.

It was a home away from home! Will definitely be booking here again when we next visit family! Thank you so much!

Clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 4 of us. Good location within 10 ish minutes walk to Baunton. House was well equipped. Nice garden, which got lots of sunshine. Great value, too. We were super lucky with the weather. Good location for exploring the area.
