Great property , everything you could possibly need . Clean n comfortable , good communication , didn’t realise it was on road parking but my fault there didn’t read it properly . No problem tho . Just to say the duvets on single beds are two together so one can be removed so you don’t roast like we did 😂 Definitely recommend to others

Beautifully decorated, spacious and clean with all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was prime for visiting the beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe which was what my family wanted to do. Barnstaple was only 15 minutes away and in Braunton , which was 5 minutes away, you can join the Tarka Trail perfect for walking or cycling.

We struggled with where to put our small amount of rubbish as bins, both general and recycling, were full from other holidaymakers at the property. That wasn’t down to the owners though I believe maybe the bins might not have been put out for collection by these holidaymakers.

Everything was as described in the property description. Easy, convenient location. Comfortable bed. Good facilities
