A lovely spacious property, excellently done out inside and great for little ones too! And a really handy short drive to the beach :) We were visiting friends in Barnstaple and this was a great base for us - will definitely be back!

We had a very comfortable stay at Braunton Beach Boutique. The kitchen and dining rooms were well equipped, the location convenient for Barnstaple abd the beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe. Very reasonably priced.

We had an issue with a few lights that needed changing but they were both sorted in no time at all!

Ideal for our family, plenty of space , everything was very clean and tidy , William Arms pub/restaurant was roughly 3 minute walk from the property excellent place to eat at, in general we enjoy our staying there very relaxing
