Staff were excellent. Helpful. Dining staff were very attentive. Got you whatever you needed. Food was very good. Room.size was good.

Sheets and towels could be upgraded. Look well used. The whole hotel could do with a new fresh coat of paint.

Large spacious room, very clean.Comfy bed, plenty of hot water.Staff very attentive, helpful and friendly . Not far from airport.

Although good for airport and metro,in an extremely busy and industrious area with not much walking places.

"Nice hotel, disappointing experience."

The staff made a mistake, had us pay upon check in at 2 am and put us in the "wrong room", then proceeded to call us in the room 20 minutes later (after we had already unpacked and wanted to go to bed) and made us move rooms putting us in one that ended up being way less nice, and as we found out at check out - we needed to pay more for that one! Huge mess and bad impression due to poor conduct of staff.
