Персонал компетентный и отзывчивый. В номере чисто , белье и полотенца чистые . Лифт работает отлично . Кондиционер и другая техника работают хорошо. В санузле смесители в рабочем состоянии. Завтраки достаточные, персонал ресторана на высшем уровне .

Отсутствует холодильник . Проникает из соседних номеров запах табачного дыма через сан узел.

It was clean and convenient location , good breakfast with affordable price.

Price I felt bit high

Lovely place, comfortable, spacious rooms apart from the airport, pick up everything else was good

I was quite disappointed with the fact that I had booked a cab with a hotel, and I had to wait for 45 minutes. That was quite disappointing. Ideally, they should not have even made me pay for it, but they just made me pay for it that made me feel bad about the management.

Very clean, modern , close to airport I loved my stay there , ideal for transiting through Mumbai

Staff were well trained and helpful. Thank you Mr. Tarun. Pickup from Airport was prompt and helpful by Prasad.

There were some issues with AC that was later solved. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom.

Cleanliness, location, customer service, breakfast, shower, airport drop, safety. We stayed in a club room which included buffet breakfast and airport drop. The car was huge and great. It was a perfect airport transit stay for the price we paid. Exceptional staff and service. In room dining prices were reasonable. Will surely stay again.

Mattress was bit on the softer side and could be better.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was good.

Bathroom drain was small and water leaked outside.
