I was here for a short trip and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very kind, professional and accommodating. Sufficient facilities and great location.

The hotel location was close to the airport so this was a major plus! The area itself for a short stay in Mumbai I would stay further South, but this area wasn’t bad at all,but was closer to Vile Parle and has a McDonald’s and Starbucks close by if that adds any value. The metro is close to though I don’t use it as my first time in Mumbai was quite overwhelming. The rooms were spacious and clean, well equipped. The staff were friendly. Well decorated and clean.

The aircon in the room was ice cold. It was unpleasant, we kept it off, there wasn’t a heating option. The operations staff don’t understand much English so you have to call reception most of the time if you need housekeeping help. Some hooks and more space in the bathroom would be nice.
