WiFi was very weak. It will be good to.provide a bigger blanket or quilt for a couple. There was a single size 1 blanket

The owner of the apartment, Prasanna and Pasindu, gave us the best accommodation on our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service. We were contacted well in advance and given a superb apartment, which comprises all that we expected. It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine. Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo. On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.  The hospitality we received was similar to a star-class hotel.  It's one place we would not hesitate to recommend to someone else. Good location and clean apartment.

Loved the view. Bedrooms were nice and clean, and staff was super helpful. A comfortable stay for 4 to 5 people. Wi-Fi was great as well. Definite recommendation from me.

Very expensive for the facilities, water is not force enough, no food shops nearby, it’s not worth for the money,

The bed and pillow were comfortable, except the blanket it was very small.

The water pressure in the shower was too low even though I turned on the pump machine. And the toilet seat was not cleaned properly, there was a small brown dots (human waste) on the toilet seat which I have to clean it myself before using it, I was really disappointed specially that this was my last day before traveling to my country and I thought that this will be a good place to stay at, based on the reviews.
