VIVAS Residencies served as an ideal accommodation for our family during our visit to Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, with a balcony. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Its in a convenient location with two supermarkets at close proximity.Internet connection was very fast. It was a good choice for this price for us. We will definitely be staying at Vivas once we are back in Colombo.

My wife and I were in Sri Lanka for business and leisure and hence saved a lot on food since we did our own cooking at the apartment's well equipped kitchen. The staff were phenomenal in helping us find places to visit in colombo and attending to our needs. Peaceful area. You could sunbathe on the rooftop as well. The beach is quite close to the property which is a plus. I would certainly recommend vivas. Will be back once we are in Colombo again.

The weather was slightly less sunny when we got here. Beach close by was a bit crowded although that depends on the time of day.

Bright spacious apartment with large windows and balconies attached to the rooms and the kitchen as well, comfortable bed. Also guests have access to the rooftop, so you can go up there and chill whenever you want, nobody bugs you. Prasanna was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we left the place safe and sound by addressing an issue we had with a taxi driver and the airport drop. We are definitely going to stay here again if we go to Colombo.

Lighting in the room was rather dim and made it difficult to navigate the room after sunset
