VIVAS Residencies Luxury Apartments

One of the standout features of this hotel apartment was the fantastic array of facilities provided. Having an automatic washing machine, refrigerator and cooking facilities were a huge convenience. The spaciousness of the apartment was also a fantastic bonus too. And the staff at the hotel apartment were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, has the modern amenities you would want and the staff there was super helpful and friendly.

It didn’t affect me at all as I had a scooter to drive myself around but it’s not a great area for tourists, but if you want to get in amongst the locals of Colombo you’ll love it

The staff team were the highlight of the stay, they were friendly and really want you to enjoy your time there. Always helpful and smiling it adds to the quality of the stay. A decent supermarket is less than 10 mins walking which is good. The apartment itself is basic but spacious and the bed is big and comfortable which was fine with us and the aircon was great We had Internet problems and they immediately sent someone to fix it (done within 15-20mins) they'd had new fast Internet fitted and just needed an extra router near to the room. No more problems after that (apart from city wide planned powercuts) The kitchen utensils could do with replacement and also getting some more equipment to make it better for longer term stays. Massive thanks to the hosts for giving us a nice experience after arriving in the country
