Not much to be honest.

Kitchen was super dirty. Walls are filled with grease and marks, same as cupboards. The windows are not well isolated so both my friend and i were eaten alive by mosquitos at night. I don't understand the high rating they've scored so far. I would not recommend.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs as a short stop over accommodation for our family of 4 in Colombo before moving onto the rest of Sri Lanka. Pasindu was the perfect host and a true gentleman! The apartment had a nice balcony overlooking the street and while we were there we saw a beautiful religious ceremony and parade passing by in the street below. The apartments are well location, close to shops and a few restaurants. You can easily get a tuc tuc to the city from there. Internet was also good.

The property was clean and in reasonable condition.

It was a bit “ off the beaten track” and not too close to the shops. Initially, a bit difficult to find as it was on a side road. Off the main road, as stated the website.

what can I say that I liked is the size of the living space that's all

I didn't like the location, it's not good at all! It's in a bordering neighborhood, miserable! I didn't like the way the kitchen is maintained, there are kitchen gongs everywhere! The garbage wasn't taken out in the three days (as far as I I lived there) it was not cleaned in the three days!

It was great, but the cleaner needs to be a bit more attentive. Too many stray hairs on the floor. A small thing but irritating
