"Decent"

Location is great. Right next to princess park and short walk from the beach and local amenities.

Dirty and sticky floor. Owner was nice but didn’t arrange to clean the floor as required.

Location is very nice parking is right outside The dining table and chairs are nice.

House smells damp, the beds were dusty and the covers too. There were also stains on the covers. The matrasses are spring matrasses and are not very comfortable. The couches smell pretty bad. It looked so clean and fresh in the pictures so this was a big disappointment.

It was a nice house but had some faults.

The backdoor handle fell off, couldn't watch tv as no aerial. Shower pressure was very poor really needs looking at. No instructions for cooker hob.
