We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and we immediately felt at home. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The host was very kind, polite, and helpful, always available if we needed anything. Special thanks for allowing us to check in earlier — it was very convenient and much appreciated after our trip. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!

The only positive was that customer service/owner handled the issue quickly and provided a full refund.

We booked this property based on the photos and description on Booking.com, but upon arrival, the condition of the unit was unacceptable. The room was unsanitary, with visible dirt and hair, poorly maintained bathroom and kitchen, and even a roach. The property was not as advertised, and we did not feel safe staying there. We contacted customer service immediately, and they handled our request promptly, providing a full refund and canceling our stay at no cost. While the staff resolved the issue fairly, we cannot recommend this property due to the hygiene and cleanliness concerns.
