The location is central and just next to the Cathedral. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Amazing terrace - just be aware a narrow staircase has to be climbed to reach it

The building work in the apartment above. The noise was dreadful tho I did communicate this to the owner/ manager and they negotiated a later start. Couldn’t see out of the bedroom window due to scaffolding. Building works were not communicated- only knew once we arrived. No information pack so had no idea what to do with any rubbish/ recycling nor what to do with the keys at the end of our stay. Communication wasn’t great. I received no details prior to our stay until I messaged the evening prior to arrival It dropped cold on an evening but there didn’t seem to be any heating

The central location and the helpful attitude of the owner. Comfortable accommodation in an historic palazzo. Excellent terrasse and kitchen.

A second toilet would be great but difficult to do in an historic building.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Lucca with easy access to restaurants, attractions and train station. A beautiful home with character and charm, over looking a peaceful garden and St Martin's cathedral. The terrace is a must; listening to the world go by with a glass of Tuscan vino. Thank you for our stay.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par notre hôtesse qui nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires. L'appartement est très grand, avec un charme fou (c'est un ancien palais...) et une ambiance unique. Très central, avec une terrasse donnant sur la place du Duomo. L'équipement est moderne et très complet.

L'air conditionné pourrait être réglable. Mais les anciens murs épais protègent bien de la chaleur.

Amazing location - stunning rooftop terrace. Good beds. A spectacular and comfortable apartment - with a nice selection of things for cooking - oil, vinegar, salt, pepper etc. thanks.

Building works going on both days we were there - in the next door flat - so it wasn’t possible to open windows because of dust and noise. Noisy in the main bedroom at the front of the apartment at night, on the piazza. People often sit and chat on the steps late at night, which is right below the bedroom window.

I liked everything about the property from the incredible front door to the really well furnished and decorated apartment. The terrace was amazing.
