The location is in a quiet area away from the town, it is walkable and verdant, and the gardens and the building are stunning. The majority of guests are local ones and very few international tourists, whichreasons behind staying here, along with its (alleged) respect for was one of the guests’ privacy and time away.

The staff’s uniforms were dirty, which made me reluctant to order any food at the restaurant. The staff required quite a lot of training in manners and chivalry (I was asked for my middle name and was referred to by that name), and I noticed that some of the other staff members were referring to their guests in a more formal and polite way, so clearly an imbalance in training. I was woken up after 22:15 pm by a staff member who asked when I would settle a bill, as the restaurant had issues accepting payments at their terminals due to a lack of payment in their operations. Since my direct and immediate complaint, the manager of the location apologized to me for the late and intrusive call.

I had seen the pictures of the building of the hotel: 3 floors. The garden and pool looked nice, but we did not use it as it was far from our room. The food was mainly Mexican style.

I had asked for a room on the first floor, as my husband carries oxygen and has mobility problems. At arrival, the building was up a 45 degrees ramp, with no elevator. I had to change the room to the bottom part of the hotel, paying the fee of a suite. Even so, the 50 steps up the ramp kept us from enjoying most of the facilities. We stayed in the room most of the time.
