"Place is old and spooky needs renovation"

The staff were friendly and accompanied but the place is not competitive already.

The place is absolutely a historic place which means everything is old. As soon as we arrived we were notified by the receptionist that they were fully booked that day and so they gave us a different room. Our room fixtures would definitely need replacement like it smells old and we were bothered by the bathroom when our shower was too hot to take a bath other than that the sink is clogged as well. We were really terrified about the service they provided us. Value for money is poor.

"I hope they check on the AC"

Did not eat the breakfast we had a massive headache due to no sleep from the AC

The AC unit was too noisy,, needs to be checked,we we’re not able to sleep due to the noise🥲
