"What a bad experience! Hotel staff unprofessional! They overlooked my reservation!"

They overlooked my reservation. When I was almost at the hotel, they called to tell me that no room was available and that they had overlooked my booking. Their negligence is what I want to complain about. They didn’t even try to find another hotel to accommodate me.

What i like most was the memorabilia displayed at the hallway regarding WW 2 it was very educational.

During our breakfast. A group of tenants enjoying their breakfast were having fun and talking loud with no regards to the rest of us.
