Staff were helpful

Signs of water ingress in the room, hot water was very slow to come. Payed extra and left a much cheaper but cleaner more spacious hotel (veranda) for Alejandro because it had a pool and thought that it would be nice to use the pool on the hot days, firstly we were told we couldn’t use the pool because they had rented it for a birthday event the. The next day when we went to use it the water was very dirty and unclear, the entire area was a mess with tiles being replaced
