Great property and extremely well curated. The gym, room, the lake view all surprised me. The staff were friendly and professional - always wanting to help. I extended my stay by 2 nights.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, caring, and professional. What made my stay extra special was the personal attention from the team. The F&B Manager personally visited our room to check on our comfort, and even the chef took the time to visit and ensure we were satisfied with the food. The reservation manager, reception staff, and even the security team were all very courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and I sincerely appreciate the chef for the outstanding quality and taste. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. This level of hospitality is truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Thank you all for such a great experience!
