Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bed was super cozy, the ambiance was warm and relaxing, and the staff were absolutely excellent, so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious too. Would definitely come back.

Ihana hotelli, jossa olisi mielellään viihtynyt pitempäänkin kuin vain yhden yön, jonka minä yövyin. Tilasin illalla huoneeseen ruokaa, joka oli todella herkullista. Myös aamiainen oli herkullinen ja hyvin monipuolinen. Hyvä sänky.

We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we arrived late and were given a smoking room without being informed. The cigarette smell was very strong, and I am allergic, so I felt uncomfortable throughout the stay. The staff only explained at checkout that no other rooms were available on the first night. While understandable, they should have informed us in advance and arranged a room change for the second night. Overall, the lack of communication and handling was disappointing.
