The staff is.... weird. They are definitely trainer, but this is this kind of training that makes you follow procedures instead of understanding them, empathise with the customer and prioritise them. The room don't have AC but central ventilation system, so if you like cold wind in the night, or hope to cool down the room quickly- then it will be a no.

The rooms were clean

Our bathroom drainage was constantly smelling. The maintanance tried to fix it but it didn''t work. Our room fridge was not working and had to be replaced. I was very unhappy with this because i had my parents medication and some coconut water that needed to be refrigerated. they were on treatment at KIMS. The service staff were very slow in the dining area, we had to wait 45 mins for a coffee. i can go on!

Rooms excellent. Food awesome. Staff very attentive, polite, professional and ask for front office manager Sidharth S - he went out of his way to assist me - amazing man. Namaste!

I think they should paint the outside of the building bec it’s a bit old and dull which doesn’t represent how excellent it is inside.
