Wygodny apartament, fajny basenik. Świetna lokalizacja.... blisko do dużych marketów i colectiwo. Piąta avenida w odległości spaceru.

Apartament wymaga małego remontu:odpadajace kafle podłogowe, uszkodzona wylew wody w łazience, kuchenka działała wolno. Warto zainwestować w mikrofalówka, może toster. Również przydały by się mniejsze garnki (my otrzymaliśmy mała patelenke, bo poprosiliśmy).

El alojamiento era mucho más pequeño de lo que se esperaba. No tenía ventilación ni suficiente luz natural (la ventana era muy pequeña) El aire acondicionado no funcionaba incluso cuando se avisó no se dio solución. Las áreas comunes estaban fuera del departamento, había que salir a la calle y entrar a otro lado. Además de estar en mal estado. Una de las chapas de la puerta no funcionaba. La entrada era ras de calle (muy inseguro). Según la dueña era normal los cortes de luz cuando solo sucedían ahí. Estuvimos media hora en el alojamiento y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde irnos a quedar ya que no se podía estar ahí. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y también nos dijeron que no. Tuve que pagar la totalidad, incluso cuando manifesté que no cumplía con lo ofrecido a través de Booking. Al final de la estadía fuimos a dejar las llaves y al tratar de entrar a la casa para revisar si había quedado algo olvidado y la chapa de la puerta ya no funcionada. Totalmente decepcionante

The room was very clean, and the location is excellent!

This lady's husband is very rude. I am a single mother of two small kids. We got locked out of our room after going to the pool, when we first got there. There is no receptionist on the property. I was locked out for 4 hours. My phone and wallet were locked in the room. I'm in a different country by myself, with two small kids, and I was panicking. I didn't know what I was going to do in order to get help. First, I asked another guest for help. He emailed the owners but he couldn't call out. After waiting almost an hour, the owners had nit replied yet. So I found the lockbox for the room keys in the front. I found one lock box that was open, it had the keys to the room next door to ours. I used the keys to be able to go in and out of the courtyard as well, because I needed to go to the streets to ask for help. I used the keys to open the next door to see if there was anyway to get back into my room, since the rooms were connected. We all were wet from the pool, so we tracked water in behind us and my kid took a towel off the bed to dry off. After going on the streets to ask strangers for help I went back to the guest door, to see if he had heard from the owners yet. Luckily this time, the guy told me of a woman who lived there permanently. I went to ask her for help. She was an angel. She gave me and my kids water and food, which was needed because we were locked out for 4 hours. Anyway when the owners got there, this lady's husband was furious and yelled at me about going into another room. He said he had to pay money to get it cleaned again. I offered to clean it and he said no. He kept repeating that I wasn't supposed to go into another room. I tried to explain that under normal circumstances I wouldn't have, but I was locked out for a long time with small children and I was panicking. He was super rude and then the wife, who is advertising as the owner, chimed in saying the exact same things. No empathy, no sympathy, just rudeness.

Great location, particularly at this price point. No frills but very clean and well-maintained. Issues with bathroom lighting but I think it was fixed since it worked after we sent a message- we never received acknowledgment of our request.

Difficulty entering the property, particularly after dark. With the photos showing the black-gated entrances, we kept looking for the key box closer to the gates until we stumbled on the recessed entryway with the key box. (We have stayed on properties with entry gates that were similar to the black gates).

Location

Bedsheets and towels didn't smell clean. I had cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. When I wrote this to the stuff, they told me that for the money I paid, I should not expect luxury,which I didn't ask for,I only wanted clean sheets and towels and no cockroaches. They said I could move to another room in a week and pay 80% extra on top of what I already paid. I had to move to another hotel, in the same area,almost the same price,100% better. And Kika Studios, after 2 weeks, didn't reply to me again and didn't refund the money

Clean. Great bed. Fan and AC were great. Kitchenette was perfect. Great location. Was a good price for value. I was happy with it all.

Not anything related to this place specifically but being from NorthAmerica I am used to a nice stove and oven. Standard Mexican plug in stove. But I will say it did the trick well and have a non stick pan that worked great.
