Comfortable king sized bed and only 6 minutes walk to Super Aki supermarket. Walmart and Mega Aki is about 15-20 mins walk. Walkable to shopping, restaurants and beach about 10-20 mins. Kitchen gas stovetop is very convenient if you want to save money. Very secured area. Gated doors and I felt extremely safe. Since this is a studio rental, you need to buy your own toilet paper, shampoo and dish soap. It comes with welcome 2 bars is soap and 2 toilet paper. Room is exactly like photo advertised. It's quite quiet compared to staying in towns hotels. There's karaoke past midnight some days but it's really manageable. There's a school and sports track across the street. The restaurant across the street serves good food too if you're sick of cooking.

Nothing. I don't know where the garbage bin is so I left it for the cleaning staff that comes once a week.

The apartment is big and there is a big shared terrace and pool. The kitchen was not clean when I checked in but they immediately sent someone to clean it. The internet is good but it sometimes breaks and they explained me that this is due to electricity shortages in the city.

The apartments on the ground floor are very dark as nearly no natural light is coming in. The kitchen utensils are quite old and it takes forever to heat water with the very old cooking plates. When I left my door open, one of the owners or employees stepped inside to lecture me about using the air condition properly.

Endless problems met with lies...literally don't get what you pay for(no doubt owner will lie in response here as they already basically told me I'm white and entitled!!- no but I do expect to get what's advertised and what I pay for!!) Claims that facilities promised in booking confirmation are just general mentions and I didn't pay to get them! Another property that booking.com should remove frankly! Shower is a joke...cold water when you can get it to work... just avoid and book something else is my advice! Added photos of window that should give view of jacuzzi-maybe it would if 7 ft tall and uou can see around corners- laughable
