Perfect studio apartmants on the best beach in Playa del Carmen!!!

Fantastic! Decorated with love, the softest towels ever, very quiet, everything you need is there, extremely good mattress. Loved it!

Mosquitoes! Lots of them. My spray didn't help...

Well equipped unit. 2 burner stove on countertop. Good storage space. Good value. Nice outdoor sitting area. Marco and Rafaella were friendly but less helpful. Good location, walking distance to beach,, restaurants, supermarket. Beds were firm and comfortable.

Persistent smell of sewer gas in the bathroom got into the unit. Bathroom flooded, Marco responded promptly but a large water overflow into the room the next day. We had a big problem with mosquito bites despite the wire screens and care about doors. Very loud street noise even at night. Much furniture felt rickety and unstable, appliances finicky, toaster, stove, TV never worked, connected to nothing except USB, we requested at least an antenna but didn't get one.

not far from the center, still you have to walk a little at night and might fell a little unsafe when you look the surroundings. very spaceous apartment, whit everything you need to cook.

window was broken, light and bugs were getting in, also it felt unsafe. the pool is just for the photos, too small and merely decorative.

Everything what you needed for apartment( dishes, cutlery, fridge, terrace on the 2nd floor, private yard). There was only cold water, but when is hot , it’s alright! And no hairdryer. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Small studio with nice details. I think the price is medium compared to other properties. Super big supermarket is 20 minutes walk. And 5 minutes already a lot of cafes.

Location is ideal

Not clean and nothing to cook. Not even able to boil water. Nobody to ask for things we need
