"Wonderful stay in Nara"

We had a very pleasant time thanks to the welcoming staff, the comfort and beauty of the typical Japanese setting and the amazing in-room hot tub. The typical kaiseki dinner was amazing. It was a wonderful experience.

The annex is a bit underserved. A small reception could be useful, especially when not allowed in the main building.

La ubicación y la limpieza.

Avisamos de una alergia grave al pescado con antelación y también a la llegada, porque habíamos contratado desayuno. Aún así, nos trajeron pescado. Y fue complicado desayunar. Hubiéramos preferido aviso previo. Luego nos pasamos media hora en el tiempo estipulado para guardar nuestro equipaje el.dia del.check out y nos cobraron la.tarifa de 3 horas más. Además, el día que llegamos nos pidieron solo usar la puerta trasera y no la principal... El trato fue un poco frío la verdad.

"It is an interesting traditional Japanese hotel with futons etc"

Unfortunately we were only allowed in the annex section and could not advantage of all the amenities

We were relegated to a small portion of the hotel. We could not use the garden patio so there was no where to relax in the hotel The hotel staff apologized

ロケーションが大変便利 貸切風呂はじめ、シンプルイズベストでした 細部迄しつらえがとても洗練されていて素敵 雨でなければ屋上テラス利用したかったです

部屋窓からの景観が屋根しか見えず残念 3人プラス赤ちゃんには少し狭かった 肌寒かったのでウェルカムドリンク温茶がよかった 夕食の水菓子は片方フルーツでも良いかと
