L’ambiance est super, le personnel a l’écoute. Les bains privatifs géniaux. Le dîner super bon et copieux. Le cadre exceptionnel

Dormir sur un tatami n’est pas évident pour tout le monde! Pas de lampe de chevet. Le petit déjeuner japonais est une vraie expérience et il faut avoir faim

Chambre spacieuse avec tatamis et lits futons, accès gratuit aux bains chauds, emplacement idéal pour visiter le parc de Nara, très bons diners copieux, bon petits-déjeuners

Personnel un peu rigide sur les horaires qui appelle dans la chambre pour dire que le diner est prêt 10 avant l'heure et qu'il descendre. Peu de souplesse et anglais parfois difficile à comprendre

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel traditionnel

Une école a passé une nuit à l’hôtel et plusieurs installations étaient fermées à cette occasion (onsen, rooftop).
