"It was ok."

Great location

Lack of keys for access, 1 key card to share for 2 people. Issue with room not being ready/clean on time. Had to wait in hallway 15mins and kitchen hotwater cupboard flooded kitchen floor

Location is great, picking up keys a pain, why cant they put a lockbox at site or change the main door to a cose system… or electronic remote entry if they want to control security Very noisy street side at all hours but this is inner city.. More provisions would be a stand out fail!!! How hard is it or expensive to provide more dishwasher powder and laundry liquid plus toilet paper, seriously!!!

Beds or mattress in master bedroom might need changing soon… aircon instructions would be helpful. Responded quickly to request for iton and ironing board although they should have already been ptesent…
