Apartment 9 should not be rented out as the apartment upstairs has no insulation and it’s like listening to a herd of elephants

All good, it was to our outmost satisfaction at all times.

Staff were absolutely incredible, rooms had exceptional detail and I just loved the hotel's restaurant by the beach! You can walk along the coastline down from the restaurant, highly recommended! Thank you Morin!

Breathtaking views, wonderful and friendly staff, beautifully decorated resort and rooms, delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner options, beautiful gardens and pool, amazing location and welcome cocktail on arrival.

Nothing, we want to go back!

Commitment to the environment. Room was beautiful and great views. Most staff very lovely. Great pool and restaurant.

Pool and restaurant open to walk ins from pathway adjacent to resort. Some even gloating as to how they purchase a coke and use facilities all day for purchasing such.. It seems a bit unfair when you pay so much to stay here. One staff member came across quite condescending at times if you were not 100 percent happy with the resort all the time, which created a bit of an uneasy atmosphere. . Communication is quite challenging between team members. Example booking breakfast for 6.45 am day before due to leaving early. Told no problem at all, but chef was unaware on the day and no other staff on until 7am. Not a problem but just be honest. This is an example of several similar occasions. Nothing is perfect, it''s not expected to be, but just be truthful. Similarly, a very kind gesture of a free dessert in recognition of our commitment to the environment. On checkout it had been charged to our bill at full price. They amended the bill when we reviewed but another example of lack of communication between team members.

View, location, staff, look and feel

some rooms a little bit small Would be fine as couple but we had toddler so suggest booking the larger rooms if have a child with you
