Location was fabulous for good relaxation. Views amazing.

If the tide was in no where to walk as the village did not have many shops to look around.

The staff made everything enjoyable

Trato excelente, sobre todo por parte de Hanna y magdi, super atentos y muy hospitalarios, actividades entetenidas en el resort, acceso a la playa desde el resort y seguridad a todas las horas. Sinceramente un lugar maravilloso, no he encontrado ninguna pega a este pedazo de lugar, 10/10

Great remote location, very friendly staff who really worked hard to maximise the enjoyment of our holiday. Mr. Hanna, the Restaurant Manager, was very friendly and helpful and gave us a good all inclusive deal during our stay. Tasty buffet food from a good friendly chef, with amazing sea views from the restaurant. A beach with real character with the Kizimkazi locals. The animation team, Halid & Pascal were fun, friendly and encouraging to take part in activities like aqua gym, botcha (boules) and fun African dancing! We really enjoyed the relatively quiet and authentic Zanzibar experience, which had far fewer pestering Maasai beach boys than other resorts (& the few who were there seemed more relaxed & less pushy!). Great for swimming at high tide and good for beach exploring, walking and running at low tide. Useful to have a pool, also with the sea view.

Some seaweed & plastic rubbish on beach but not enough to cause any problem. We didn’t expect any Maasai beach boys at this quieter location but they were still there but thankfully less persistent and fewer in number than when we stayed at Kiwengwa. So glad we didn’t choose Nungwi or other busy beaches. This place was very special!

The location of the resort by the beach was amazing! The grounds were well kept and had a variety of beautiful flowers and plants. Meals were tasty with a variety of dishes. The chef, Hanna always welcomed us with a big smile, and was available to check that we were happy with the meal. We enjoyed the live band entertainment and dancing in the evening. Staff were friendly and always around to assist or get us involved in games e.g. volley ball and darts.

I was generally happy with everything. However, it would be nice to have complementary water daily. Some of the mosquito nets didn't close properly so this should be sorted to prevent mosquito bites. The WiFi wasn't free - even though we paid, it was slow and disconnected frequently.

All things in this hotel are exceptional. The location, the staff ( the head manager, Mr. Hanna and the cheif Mr. Amr), the meals, the veiw and the hotel is like a very magnificent garden. It is like a haven on earth. I wish to stay forever in this hotel. It was a great choice I am very thankful to all staff.

Todo fue genial! Mi vuelo llegó muy temprano, me dejaron entrar en la habitación y desayunar, cosa que agradecí El traslado estaba incluido con el “todo incluido” así que allí me estaban esperando. Estuve unos días maravillosos allí, un hotel sin masificación y me resultó familiar. Iba sola y me sentí como en casa. Todo el personal es encantador, está pendiente de ti y que no te falte nada. Hanna y el cocinero (no recuerdo su nombre) en cada servicio me preguntaban si todo estaba bien. Las comidas estaban deliciosas y fue genial poder hacer allí todo. El ambiente en la piscina es tranquilo y tienen una música muy buena gracias a chico de animación que había allí (“dj Keneth”) Puedes caminar por las afueras del hotel, hay un super y tiendas. La zona es segura. Todo está muy limpio y por la tarde van a la habitación a ponerte spray de mosquitos ( un detalle) Desde mi habitación podía ver el atardecer todos los días, una pasada! La playa es genial, sin tanto turismo, y aunque tenga mareas puedes bañarte en cualquier momento ( las del norte están masificadas) El último día me querían preparar una caja con almuerzo para que me llevase, más detallitos Si vuelvo repetiré en este lugar!!

Nada! Todo fue perfecto

Cibo buonissimo, ogni giorno diverso e molto saporito. Mai avuto problemi di stomaco e sempre fatto il bis per quanto buono. Bella la serata del barbecue in piscina e quella della sera successiva con tutto il ristorante in tiro per una serata più "chic". Posto e Hotel incantevole, soprattutto tranquillo, il che aiuta a rilassarsi. Bella la zona lettini privata e il balcone che affacciano sulla spiaggia. Staff molto cordiale e sempre d'aiuto in caso si abbia bisogno di qualcosa. Il responsabile di sala è sempre attento alle necessità degli ospiti e in generale tutti i membri dello staff cercano di essere sempre presenti in modo da non farvi mancare niente. Camera ottima, molto spaziosa, non so quanto cambi dalla "deluxe" alla normale se non solo in termini di grandezza, ma comunque una bella e comoda camera, sempre molto pulita.

Poche attività, non siamo stati molto presenti nel resort, all'incirca mezza giornata al giorno, ma raramente ho visto qualcosa di organizzato per bene; probabilmente dovuto anche alla presenza di pochi ospiti. Cibo non con molta scelta, quando andavi nel ristorante vi erano 2 scelte di carne (manzo o pollo), 1 scelta di pesce, scelta tra riso e 1 tipo di pasta e un contenitore con le verdure, dopodiché c'erano altri 8 piccoli contenitori, 4 con componenti per insalata e 4 con la frutta. Un problema importante è che finché andavi a massimo 1 ora dopo l'apertura del buffet, trovavi tutto caldo, dopodiché diventava tutto freddo, c'erano le cose per scaldare le vivande ma non sono MAI state attivate, di conseguenza quando magari tornavamo più tardi da un escursione e mangiavamo un'ora prima della chiusura del ristorante, era tutto freddo. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta è l'insistenza del responsabile di sala nel lasciare una recensione. Io capisco che per voi sia importante, me lo chiedi una prima volta e ti rispondo che appena potrò la lascerò; me lo chiedi una seconda volta e ti rispondo ugualmente; insisti una terza volta, la mattina poco prima di partire, quasi obbligandomi a farla: mentre sto facendo colazione vieni, mi dici "ricordati di fare la recensione" e dopo il mio assenso dicendoti che la farò una volta a casa, continui affermando "eh ma molti clienti si dimenticano una volta a casa"; allora ti dico che l'avrei fatta in camera una volta finita la colazione, ma insisti dicendo "No falla qua ora", facendolo smettere dopo la terza volta che ho affermato che l'avrei fatta in camera; pensavo fosse finito lì ma quando sono andato per salutarli un'ultima volta e ringraziarli per il bel soggiorno, mi ha chiesto per la quarta volta di fare là in quel momento la recensione, gli ho detto che booking non permetteva al momento di fare la recensione e non mi ha creduto finché non lo ha visto!

we stay at the resort for 8 nights. hanna take care every thing we ask and more. all the workers was very nice and kind. the resort infront the ocean. the let us stay in the room in the last day.
