The great location and the roomy rooms.

The small safe isn't bolted down. Makes it useless.

The staff were not as helpful as at other villas I stayed at and the driver they could organise was significantly more costly than those organised by our previous villa.

Le logement est très bien situéà Sanur, proche des commerces et de la plage. Le logement possède 2 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain.

Certains équipements pourraient être remplacés, la douche coulait difficilement par exemple. La propreté laisse à désirer, la vaisselle ne parait pas très propre. Pour le même prix, les villas voisines sont bien plus haut de gamme et incluent le petit-déjeuner. Le logement est cher par rapport aux prestations.

The location was excellent, 3 mins walk to Icon Bali. The villa pool was cold and refreshing, and surprisingly deep!. The host was helpful and quick to reply. Both bedrooms were large.

The air con was not cold enough, and while the bedding was clean, there were stains on it, which was a bit yuck. Both shower heads need replacing, as they don't work properly. Basically it was just a bit run down. . .

やり取りをwhat’s Appでしていたが、返信も早く対応もスムーズだった。 キッチンがあったので調理道具、お皿、カトラリー類がそろっていたところ。 冷蔵庫とウォーターサーバーがあり、お湯も出たので便利だった。

4人で宿泊したがバスタオルが2枚しか用意されていなかった。リクエストをしたら次の日から4枚にしてくれた。ビーチタオルはあるが、その他タオル類、ティッシュはない。 シャワーの温度が最初は高いがどんどんぬるくなること。
